"Justin came out for the $39 Spring Tune Up. Arrived on time! Very friendly technician. He thoroughly went through the system. He told me everything, as far as the units were concerned, was spot on. As far as why only half of the house was getting air flow... that was a different story. We have a 2 zone system. The dampener was stuck so that only one half of the house would cool / heat. He did a temp fix to get us going. Definitely bringing him back to finish it the right way! Great technician for sure."

"Our air conditioning stopped working Sunday evening and I called Ivy Air because of the good reviews. When I called Monday morning, Justin answered and told me they would be there that afternoon to check it. When they arrived they checked the whole system and let me know what the problem was.
